We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable casual butcher to join our team. Someone who takes pride in precision, honours the product, and thrives in the rhythm of late-night prep. You'll be working closely with our chefs to portion, trim, and prepare the best cuts for service—contributing directly to the bold, expressive food we’re known for.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in butchery or meat preparation (ideally in a restaurant or production kitchen)
• Speed, consistency, and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and respect for team flow
• Availability to work 3 night shifts per week
• A calm and focused energy, even in fast-paced environments
