About the role

As a Butcher at Kios Fine Foods, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality meat products to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in Catherine Field NSW 2557. You'll be a key member of our team, contributing to the success and growth of our thriving local business.

What you'll be doing

• Expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats to customer specifications
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering recommendations and guidance on meat selection and preparation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked butchery counter
• Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Formal butchery qualifications or equivalent experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a premium shopping experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to food safety and hygiene best practices
