About the role

JBS Australia Pty Limited' is seeking experienced Butchers to join our dynamic team in Lidcombe, NSW. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in the manufacturing and production operations within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Operate a range of machinery and equipment to process and prepare meat products

Perform skilled butchery tasks such as cutting, trimming, and preparing meat

Monitor production processes and machinery to maintain quality and efficiency

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and practices

What we're looking for

Unrestricted Working Rights within Australia (Must Have)

Significant experience as a Butcher in a manufacturing or production environment

Proven ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues

Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
