About the Role

Aramex Mackay is currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Depot AM Supervisor to support the day-to-day operational activities of our depot.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating morning operations including forklift work, freight handling, parcel scanning, safety compliance, and team support. You’ll work closely with both management and depot staff to ensure an efficient, clean, and high-performing depot environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS policies

Load and unload cages using a forklift, ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently

Coordinate parcel sorting and scanning procedures to meet accuracy and KPI targets

Communicate with linehaul drivers and monitor freight movement

Assist with customer queries and manage problematic or damaged freight

Support reporting, audits, and daily operational checklists

Lead by example and provide on-the-job coaching and support to others

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

A valid forklift licence

At least 1 year of experience in a similar logistics or depot role

Sound knowledge of safety procedures and freight handling

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork

High attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Familiarity with Mackay and surrounding areas is advantageous
