The Role:

As a Kitchen Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the team of kitchen stewards and ensuring they are performing to the required level at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that all of the kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized to the industry requirements following the guidelines of the BCC food safety standards. You will be an active support to the Chefs and ensure smooth daily operations of the kitchens. You will also be required to have the following;

Skills and Attributes:

• Prior experience in overseeing similar types of venues in the food industry
• Knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, Compliance and WHS
• Good time management, fit and able to work at pace when required
• A high level of attention to detail and handling equipment with care
• Great communication skills and being fun, and dynamic, with an outgoing personality
• Open C Licence as you are required to use a vehicle to transport equipment within the venue
