About the Role

In this role, you will analyse and interpret security data from multiple sources to produce insightful reports on key events and trends. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Diplomatic Security Division to enhance data visualisation and reporting, support data governance initiatives, and identify patterns in technical security systems to improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret security data to produce accurate analytical reports
• Develop and manage reporting processes ensuring timely, complete outputs
• Collaborate with senior executives and teams to support data visualisation and presentation
• Participate in initiatives to improve data governance and security data processes
• Analyse technical system data to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns
• Prepare clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with MS Power BI and data visualisation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively in writing and speech
• Proven teamwork skills supporting organisational goals
• Experience interpreting and reporting on technical security systems desirable

Existing Negative Vetting 2 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
