We are seeking a full-time Workshop Supervisor to oversee & lead our fitting team.
Caddy Storage has an opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join our established, Fitting Department in Laverton North Vic.
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
4-week initial training period.
Duties include
Ensure to maintain a high/strict level of vehicle inspection
Communicate non-compliance to fitters for fixing, if required
Complete final quality inspections of finished fit-outs
Ensure vehicle is properly detailed
Sign-off against job cards and inspection checklist
Schedule Future jobs
Ensure all products are ready on time for installation and dispatch
Inspecting all jobs throughout the work progress
Liaise with the branch manager and other sales daily
Supervision of job allocations to fitters.
Need to be hands on (This is not a desk Job)

Skills & Experience:
Reliable and strong work ethic
High Attention to detail and quality workmanship is essential.
Experience in the fitment of automotive accessories or auto electrical experience will be highly regarded.
Proficient with Hand tools
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a commitment to safe work practices
Must hold current driver’s license.
