We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Controller or Senior Diagnostic Technician willing to join our service department at Nunawading Auto Pty Ltd. This opportunity is for a talented individual to progress their career in the Automotive industry within a large organisation. The candidate will be a motivated individual, well organised with a technical background looking to enhance their career path. They will have a commitment to ongoing training and self-development, know how to motivate a team and lead by example. They must encourage a team environment and lead by example.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

Maximising workshop efficiency and meeting internal budgets

Ensuring successful distribution of tasks to all technicians

Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all workflow

Maintaining effective channels of communication with workshop and service frontline staff

Management of workshop equipment and safety in the work place

Creating purchase orders with all relevant suppliers

Coaching and mentoring the team

A current driver licence
