Make Moves Finance is a diversified brokerage offering tailored lending solutions across residential, asset, and commercial finance. We’re looking for a detail-driven Loan Processor with brokerage experience to join our growing team and take charge of managing the loan processing journey.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the support team, you’ll help ensure a seamless, efficient experience for our clients and brokers by:
Taking full control of client communications and loan updates
Preparing loan files and feeding them through to ApplyOnline (AOL)
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to keep deals progressing
Coordinating client documentation and ensuring compliance with lending requirements
Supporting the broker with end-to-end loan application processes and administration
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a mortgage brokerage
Strong understanding of residential lending processes (bonus if you’ve touched on asset or commercial)
Confident using Broker CRM systems and ApplyOnline (AOL)
Great communication and follow-up skills
A proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent time management
