We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation solutions. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing data and information, developing automation solutions and making recommendations to clients.

Automation Engineers are focused on the development of RPA applications such as UiPath. Experience in software development (Java, Python as well as VB.NET) is a plus.

Responsibilities & tasks for this role

Perform system analysis, design, implement, test, enhance, support, and document enterprise automation platforms with automation technologies.

Consult our clients providing advice, guidance and expertise in the professional and technical implementation of intelligent process automation solutions with focus on RPA, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Develop end-to-end automation solutions and continuous improvement strategies that drive efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver tangible business outcomes in order to address complex business problems with a deep understanding of the automation technology landscape.

Prepare and support client presentations and workshops.

Support the Account Manager in the development of client relationships and development of proposals.

Support the conceptual development of our Delivery team within Roboyo.

Must-have qualifications & competencies

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of RPA solutions

Strong track record of project management and data analysis

Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
