FLK it over is growing. We are looking for a Junior/Mid JavaScript/TypeScript Developer to join us as we embark on our ambitious growth plans. We need someone full of energy and passion to join the team and contribute to our journey.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing software, be eager to learn and take initiative to solve problems. In this role, you’ll work closely with our support team, help provide technical support to our customers, and be part of the team responsible for developing new features.

FLK it over provides documents signing and workflows for the real estate industry and the e-signing for the wider business community (sounds boring but we have made it fun)

👨‍💻 What you’ll do:

Provide technical support for our customers and internal support team via chat and other channels – you’ll be the go-to for the trickier stuff.

Investigate bugs, reproduce issues, and work closely with engineers to resolve them quickly and transparently.

Contribute to internal tools and automation to help our support processes scale.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to improve the platform – you’ll have a voice and make a real impact.

Grow your development skills, especially around testing and debugging (we use Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha).

Work in an Agile environment, participating in stand-ups and sprint planning when relevant.

Help us deliver exceptional customer experiences that feel seamless and human.

🙌 About you:

You have solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and ideally some exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

You’re curious, quick to learn, and genuinely enjoy problem-solving.

You’re comfortable working across the stack – reading logs, debugging APIs, tweaking frontend behaviour.

You’ve got strong communication skills, both written and verbal – you’ll talk to customers and internal teams daily.

You’re friendly, patient, and solutions-focused – you enjoy helping people and making things better.

Experience in technical support or QA is a plus, but not essential.
