About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Headland Technology Pty Ltd as a Service Engineer - Automated Storage. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated storage systems. This is a full-time role based in Rydalmere, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Install, commission, and maintain automated storage systems at customer sites

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment

Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment

Document all work performed and maintain detailed records

Liaise with project managers, customers, and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a service engineer or technician, particularly with automated storage systems

Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
