The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and will include understanding the commercial feasibility/value return on the project.

Your new role

Undertake each project with professionalism, delivery quality and value, budget and capex management. The Project Manager will build strong and solid relationships, including co-ordination with consultants and builders, lodging and obtaining building approvals and all things necessary to commission projects associated with:

• The development of new buildings, including quality, value and budget management.
  
• The development of new precinct infrastructure, including quality, value and budget management.
  
• Regular engagement and supervision of project work and sites.
  
• Manage compliance, security and environmental project-related issues.
  
• Manage and rectification of defective works including budget.
  
• Manage and store electronic plans and project files to ensure access relating to the project.
  
• Maintain contractor obligations are delivered on performance and high quality of service to our business needs.
  
• Monitor and code budget and capex invoicing, including execution and ongoing facilitation of the building/precinct project and capex budget.
  
• Ensure recovery invoicing is actioned in a timely manner so that monies can be billed as soon as practical.

• Tertiary education in a construction-related discipline
  
• High level of personal drive
  
• Team Player with alignment to delivery of service
  
• High level of financial acumen
  
• Ability to scope works and deliver on time and within budget
