The Company:
A long-standing Canberra-based commercial fit-out builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With over 20 years in the industry, this company is known for delivering high-quality, detail-focused commercial spaces across the ACT. Following a series of repeat project wins with long-term clients, they are looking to expand their team with a proven Project Manager who can take the lead across a range of upcoming commercial fit-out projects.

About the Role:
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception through to completion. Reporting to the Construction Manager and supported by a Site Manager and Contracts Administrator, you’ll lead programming, budgeting, and client liaison to ensure seamless delivery on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate closely with Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
• Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving ability
• Experience managing multiple projects or fast-paced programs
