The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Attendant to join our team.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for all customers. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment by assisting with general enquiries, providing information about memberships and services, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

This is a full-time position at the UWA Sport Recreation and Fitness Centre, where you’ll be part of an active and vibrant community.

About You

You’re a friendly and professional individual with a genuine passion for supporting the team and patrons. Your strong communication and organisational skills are complemented by your ability to prioritise tasks. Ideally, you bring previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration, and you're comfortable juggling multiple tasks with ease.
