The role:

This role will see you join a collaborative, people focused finance team undergoing exciting change. The role blends operational accounting with high level modelling, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
Initially a 12 month contract, there is a very likely chance the position will go permanent after the initial contract.

You'll lead improvements in financial reporting, help shape budgeting and scenario analysis, and simplify complex reporting processes.

Key focus areas include:

• Providing meaningful insights through robust reporting and analysis
• Supporting the uplift & improving Microsoft Business Central
• Delivering monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts
• Partnering with Operations teams to model financial outcomes & improve commercial outcomes
• Supporting business case development and long-term financial planning
• Be a driving force behind a business partnering culture that empowers non-financial stakeholders to make informed decisions.

About you:

• At least 5 years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis focused roles
• CPA/CA qualification
• Strong modelling skills and advanced Excel capability
• Experience in reporting tools and ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Business Central
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment
