Davidson is partnering with a leading national not-for-profit organisation on the hunt for a forward-thinking and resourceful Technology Business Partner. This strategic, yet hands-on role sits at the heart of IT delivery and stakeholder alignment - helping business units embrace scalable, future-ready solutions.

About the Role
You will be translating technical needs into business value, identifying opportunities to bring outsourced services in-house, and pushing projects from idea to implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business units and GMs nationally to proactively resolve IT pain points
• Shaping and delivering digital solutions (software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud)
• Managing MSP relationships and influencing vendor pricing and solution delivery
• Helping consolidate fragmented IT functions and guiding the transition from outsourced to in-house
• Leading small to large-scale fit outs, transformation programs and system implementations
• Ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise architecture and technology best practice

• Sees the big picture but can roll up your sleeves when required
• Builds trust with stakeholders across all levels - from end users to executive leaders

You'll bring:

• Strong experience as a Tech Business Partner, IT Manager or Application Lead
• Broad technical know-how across Microsoft platforms, Dynamics, MS stack and enterprise apps
• Experience in software implementation, service transition and vendor engagement
• Proven ability to influence, innovate and deliver sustainable solutions
• A collaborative mindset, with an eye for gaps and opportunities others might miss

• Salary: $121,095 + super, with salary packaging increasing total value to ~$125K+
