We are a boutique multispecialty medicolegal company with a presence across Australia. We are based in the CBD close to Central Station.

What we are looking for

LexiMed is seeking a professional, experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy and expanding medico-legal office. This role is perfect for someone who takes the initiative, thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys customer and client service excellence, and has proven expertise in office administration.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure our consultants’ appointments run smoothly, maintain exceptional communication with our clients, and support operational efficiencies. Your contribution will help LexiMed continue to deliver high-quality services with integrity and professionalism.

What you will do

Coordinate and manage daily consultant schedules and appointments across metro and regional areas.

Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and in-person.

Promote LexiMed services to current and potential clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Maintain and update client and patient records accurately.

Manage internal office administration.

Implement and improve systems and procedures in consultation with the Managing Director.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including medical staff, legal offices, and patients.

What you will bring

Demonstrated experience in office administration and customer/client service.

An ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively while always remaining warm and welcoming.

A high level of communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build the business through the building of strong relationships.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Confidence using databases and managing appointment scheduling.

Intermediate or above knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

A proactive attitude – you notice things that need to be done that maybe others don’t!

A confident and upbeat nature and a solutions-focus to your work

The ability to switch between working independently and as part of a team with ease.

Curiosity – with a genuine interest in client care and business growth.
