Construction Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced Construction Manager ready to lead significant infrastructure and housing projects? Join a leading provider of construction solutions working across government and community projects. This role involves overseeing the construction of modular buildings, infrastructure, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction activities for housing, modular facilities, and supporting infrastructure projects

Lead site teams and ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays

Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Participate in bid/tendering processes and provide input on cost estimation

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in residential, infrastructure, or modular builds

Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and safety regulations

Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources

Bid/tendering and QS experience will be highly regarded

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Background in civil engineering or construction management with a focus on residential projects, such as schools or hospitals, is highly valued

Additional Information:

The role may suit a Construction Engineer with a civil background looking to step up into a leadership position

Occasional travel to site will be required at short notice (1-2 weeks at a time)
