Key Responsibilities are:

· Working with our Operations team, be responsible for the assembly and run-up of print devices before they are dispatched from our warehouse to customer sites.

· Follow documented processes. Proactively identify and escalate as/when processes need revision.

· Support team-mates logistically in aspects such as goods receipt, warehousing, delivery, installation and goods despatch)

· Install, maintain and repair a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, digital multifunctional copiers, printers and software packages

· Diagnosis and fault finding of network related issues.

· Provide total customer satisfaction for our extensive Customer base

· Communicate well with clients to meet expectations and relay relevant information to team-mates and management.

You will possess the following attributes:

· Good working knowledge of current photocopier equipment (we sell and support Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Brother devices).

· Comprehensive knowledge and experience in servicing of digital printing products

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

· Clear verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service ethic

· Enthusiasm & Energy

· A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm

· A current and Valid Driver's Licence.

· A current Working with Children's Check or the ability to obtain one.

· Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to pass police clearances.
