What We’re Looking For:

A confident, qualified, and experienced Town Planner

Preference for candidates with experience, though graduates and early-career planners with a positive attitude and initiative are encouraged to apply

Solid understanding of local Council planning schemes and e-planning portals

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment

Strong organisational skills, a learning mindset, and a results-oriented work ethic

Professionalism and self-motivation

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Assist in and independently prepare planning reports and development applications for various Local Councils and State agencies across SEQ

Liaise with clients to assess and communicate site development potential

Conduct planning and development research

Stay informed on planning policy changes to provide transparent, up-to-date advice to clients
