Our client, a progressive and growing financial advice firm in Sydney CBD, is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored, holistic advice across strategy and investments to an established client base

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Work closely with paraplanners and admin staff for smooth advice implementation

Develop and maintain referral networks, especially with accounting partners

Contribute to improving advice processes and client engagement strategies

About You:

5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser

Strong technical knowledge across strategic and investment advice

FASEA-compliant (required)

Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset

Professional, proactive, and committed to compliance and ethical advice
