Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fault resolution with external service providers
Support the rollout and upgrade of telephony systems across new and existing healthcare sites
Assist in developing strategic plans for future voice technology solutions within the District
About You:
You’re a voice systems specialist with a knack for precision and a passion for making complex tech run like clockwork. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable juggling operational needs with strategic thinking.
Ideally, you'll have:
Solid experience in managing telephony infrastructure and services
Hands-on experience with IP/TDM PABX systems and voice network upgrades
A methodical approach to troubleshooting and vendor coordination
