ProGlow Electrics is a premium electrical and automation provider for high-end new homes across Melbourne. We are growing steadily and are now looking for a full-time Electrical Estimator & Procurement Specialist to take charge of quoting, plan markups, and procurement coordination.

You will work closely with the Director, our consultant, and our admin team from our Burwood office (1-day hybrid available after on-boarding). You will be a key team member driving project accuracy and margin control from start to finish.

Your core responsibilities

· Mark up electrical plans with care, based on builder specs and client selections

· Quote jobs accurately using SimPRO, Ground Plan and Excel, with a clear methodical structure

· Track builder inclusions, product specs, and prestart selections

· Raise purchase orders and manage procurement for awarded projects

· Coordinate closely with our consultant and Director to finalise details

· Monitor variations, ensure scope, and margin control on every job

· Maintain supplier pricing, product databases, and template accuracy

We are looking for someone who...

· Has 5+ years of electrical estimating or quoting experience (mandatory)

· Is meticulous with detail, system-focused, and process-driven

· Knows SimPRO, Ground Pan, Excel well, and enjoys working with structured data

· Can manage their time and priorities without constant follow-up

· Takes pride in their accuracy, consistency, and calm professionalism

Bonus if you have used Adapto, Clispec or have experience with automation systems (e.g., Control4, Wiser, etc.)

· Salary: $100–$150K + Super depending on experience
