About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety in Moree, NSW. As a full-time or Part time or Job Share Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our busy retail store. The opportunity is there to progress to Store Manager

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrating and promoting our range of high-quality workwear and safety products

Handling cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and customer service targets

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organised work environment
