About The Role
As a Community Team Member, you are an important part of the team and will be supported and guided by our Community Team Leader and Building and Leasing Manager.
We are committed to a high standard of presentation and delivering exceptional level of service. Strong administration skills and the ability to work as a team will be highly regarded. Extensive training and support will be provided to you ensuring your success in the role.
Duties will include…
Prepare and open the reception office in readiness for the day's business,
General office administration duties
Attend to incoming phone calls and emails
Meet and greet members and visitors
Assisting members with access to community and building services
Mail sorting, delivering and forwarding
Assist with new member welcome inductions and move ins
Assisting the team to develop connections between members, including member introductions and event support
Prepare and distribute promotional materials or building-related memos to members
Assisting with the planning, preparation and attendance of our member events
Maintaining superb building presentation
Assisting members with operating and accessing community/building services

The Ideal Candidate
Has a bright and bubbly personality
Is organised and can work independently and as part of a team
Is self-motivated and able to solve problems and build great customer relationships
Is well presented with great attention to detail
Has a minimum of two years of customer service experience from either reception/office administration, retail or hospitality environments
Has a strong work ethic and enjoys face-to-face people contact
