An agile and innovative construction company that works in a diverse range of fields and across several states has secured a significant increase in its workload and requires a new Site Manager for upcoming projects.

Donnan (Qld) Pty Ltd is active in the following fields:

Commercial and Industrial Brownfield Renovations

Food Processing/Clean room installation

Industrial Development and Re-Development

Commercial Fitout

Education and Health

While not essential, the ideal candidate would be experienced in Cool/Cold Storage or Clean Room Construction, with a working knowledge in associated fields of Refrigeration and Electrical installation associated with this area. While again not essential, the following attributes are highly desirable:

· an understanding of measurement from drawings,

· setout from drawings

· sequencing and programming with other industries and trades.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

o A trade-based qualification;

o Experience in the above fields of Construction;

o Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;

o Working with electronic filing via a OneDrive system;

o Be flexible with after-hours works and periodic away projects in country areas when required;

o Be accustomed to conducting brownfield works in an Operational plant and keeping Client Stakeholders informed of upcoming Construction works;

o Excellent knowledge of Site and Safety Management; and

o Have a proven track record with delivery of projects on time and on-budget.

While the immediate requirement is for a Site Manager, the position would ideally suit a person who would be looking to grow into a Project Manager or similar Operational role in the company.
