About the Role

As a New Homes Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers looking to embark on a home building journey. You'll guide them through the entire process, from initial enquiry through to contract, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

This role primarily operates from our display home in Werribee and our office in Point Cook. While the role includes weekend work, we offer flexibility to balance your schedule. You'll be exposed to a wide variety of home builds, catering to diverse customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help customers take the first steps towards creating their dream homes. About You

New Home Industry Experience (Essential): Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a very similar role within the new home building industry is essential for this position.

Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and maintain strong relationships.

Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, guiding them through the sales process, and have a strong desire to achieve results.

Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Proactive & Outgoing: You're a self-starter with a friendly and approachable personality, as well as a professional attitude.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.

Driver's Licence: You possess a current, valid driver's licence.
