About the Role

As a New Homes Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers looking to embark on a home building journey. You'll guide them through the entire process, from initial enquiry through to contract, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

This role is office-based in Bairnsdale, operating Monday to Friday. Your leads will primarily come from our website and house & land packages, but you'll also be encouraged to self-generate leads by networking actively within the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help customers take the first steps towards creating their dream homes.

Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and maintain strong relationships.

Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, guiding them through the sales process, and have a strong desire to achieve results. A sales background is beneficial, and a history of consistent prospecting and networking is highly desirable.

Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help customers build their dream homes.

Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Proactive & Outgoing: You're a self-starter with a friendly and approachable personality, as well as a professional attitude.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.

Driver's Licence: You possess a current, valid driver's licence.

New Home Industry Experience (Preferred): While we are open to diverse backgrounds, prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry would be an advantage.
