Core responsibilities:

• Excellence in Operational Finance - Balance Sheet rigor, reconciliations, fix & clean
• Process Improvement - Change agent, bring best practices into the business. Focus on systemizing data from excel to ERP/blackline
• Team Management – This is a manager, reviewer and team leader role. It will be important to get into the detail from a review standpoint, be across the team's work progress and support them to improve the operational performance of the team

Must-have attributes:

• Finance Operations experience - reputation for fixing and owning FinOps incl. reconciliations at an elite level
• Finance management experience, natural people leader
• VERY high attention to detail, BIG on creating and operating in a structured process-driven manner
• Blend of operational and commercial finance experience
• CA/CPA qualified
