About the Role:
Our client is a high-profile organisation looking for a Facilities Manager with experience in tenancy delivery or property operations to join their team supporting retail and property fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tenancy site preparation across property and retail portfolios
• Investigate and report on tenancy services, site conditions, and makegood works
• Organise and attend site meetings, inspections, and investigations.
• Maintain project documentation including cost tracking, schedules, and compliance
• Support fit-out data management and coordinate end-of-lease hand backs
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project delivery
• Ensure safety, risk mitigation, and operational continuity throughout tenancy changes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities management or tenancy coordination
• Exposure to operational construction or project environments.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
