What You’ll Do

Deliver Outstanding Support:

Serve as the first and last point of contact for our clients by providing accurate, friendly assistance via phone, email, remote, and onsite support. Your role is vital in ensuring every interaction reflects our reputation for excellence.

Support Sitelink & Digital Services:

Master Sitelink – the innovative self storage management software our clients rely on – and deliver tailored training, technical support, and troubleshooting. In addition, offer support for R6 Digital’s websites and digital marketing services, ensuring our clients maximize their digital potential.

Manage & Resolve Client Inquiries:

Efficiently juggle multiple cases while maintaining up-to-date records in our service desk. Use your analytical skills to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve client issues promptly.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with our experts in marketing, software development, and creative design. This is a unique opportunity to learn from diverse professionals, contribute to innovative projects, and continuously develop your skills.
