The Role
We are offering multiple positions for freelance, contracted recruitment partners. This is a comission-based position (no base salary or retainer). Earning potential is limited only by you!
As a freelance/contracted Juice Recruiter, you'll be responsible for tasks such as;
actively seeking clients to onboard
providing consultation with clients on their hiring needs
managing job ads, screening candidates
conducting interviews
providing candidate summaries to client partners
maintaining a robust database of both candidates and clients
360 v's 180 Recruitment
360 Recruiter: End-to-end ownership - you manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including;
Business Development (finding clients)
Account Management (maintaining client relationships)
Candidate Sourcing (finding candidates)
Negotiating Terms (pay rates, salaries, contract terms etc.)
Post Placement Follow Up
Skills Needed: Sales, Relationship Management, Sourcing, Negotiation and Stakeholder Engagement.
180 Recruiter: Specialised role - focuses on either the client acquisition (business development) or the candidate delivery
Builds and maintains client relationships
manages job briefs
advises on sector/industry/market conditions
Skills Needed: either, sourcing-focussed skills (market mapping, headhunting, interviewing) or business development skills (potential client identification, client relationship building, sales and marketing pitch delivery, stakeholder relationship maintenance).
Qualifications
ABN / NZBN or willing to get one
Strong communication skills
Recruiting experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent interpersonal skills - great at marketing yourself and the brand
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the IT, Finance, or Medical sectors is highly advantageous
Upbeat, friendly and likes to have fun!
