Collections Officer - Accounts Receivable

The Role:

• Own and manage your customer ledger, including two major accounts
  
• Investigate and resolve claims
  
• Ensuring accurate reports and reconciliations
  
• Cash allocation
  
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for invoicing
  
• Handle collections calls, managing outstanding debts and month-end reporting
  

The Person:

• Experienced in collections and accounts receivable, with the ability to handle accounts autonomously
  
• Familiar with large ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Oracle
  
• Salesforce experience is advantageous
  
• Comfortable using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
  
• A confident communicator who is proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
  
• Happy to work onsite five days a week
  
• Must have full working rights in Australia
