About Us: The Kitchen is the restaurant arm of The Butcher Shoppe, Australia’s only fully gluten-free accredited butcher. Located in Cannon Hill, we’ve built a reputation for high-quality steaks, delicious food, and consistently packed-out services. We're fast-paced, team-driven, and customer focussed.

What We Offer:

$70K–$80K + Super, based on experience

4-day work week with 3 consecutive days off

Only 1 night shift per week

40 hours/week – no split shifts

One weekend day included in your roster

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the grill section during busy services

Working with top-quality local produce and cuts

Supporting the Head Chef with daily prep and service

Maintaining consistent food quality, hygiene and presentation

Mentoring junior team members

Contributing ideas to specials and seasonal menus

What You Bring:

Solid experience as a Grill Chef in a high-volume kitchen

Strong communication and time management skills

A calm, confident presence under pressure

Passion for premium meat and customer satisfaction
