With a strong brand identity and growing online community, we’re now on the hunt for a creative and organised Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler to help us stay visually fresh, consistent, and engaging across our digital platforms.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who loves content, understands the rhythm of social media, and is experienced in creating and scheduling content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and create photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, and other channels (tiktok)

Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for approval.

Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice.

Collaborate with the team to promote new services, seasonal campaigns, and client stories.

Track post performance and suggest improvements

Visit salon locations for content capture in Mooloolaba, Noosa Heads and Brisbane.

You’ll Need:

Experience in content creation for social media along with managing and recruiting influencers

Eye for detail and aesthetic styling

Strong writing and captioning skills

Confident using Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, Later etc.

Knowledge of current beauty and social media trends

Strong time management and reliability
