As an Industry Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing the employment opportunities with employers/businesses across various industries. You will use your sales and networking skills and through strategic specialisation develop relationships within local labour markets, maximising ongoing employment outcomes for our customers. You will be based in Gosford and servicing our central coast region.
To be considered, you must:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset

About you:
- Experience in sales and business development management within a service-based industry including retail, hospitality, logistics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed planning and coordination skills
- Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work towards KPI’s
- You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
- Computer literacy
- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Speaking languages other than English will be highly regarded
