Salesperson/Customer Service
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join JAX Tyres & Auto Moorooka. In this role, you will be providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience, guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs.
You will be working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, to deliver an industry leading level of customer service.
About the Role
- Administration and Customer Service
- Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs in the workshop
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Handling and managing payments, sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records.
About you
- Relevant experience in automotive sales and face-to-face customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient Computer Literate
- Experience in the automotive and tyre industry.
- WHS (Work Health and Safety) knowledge
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
