About the role

As an APS5 Property Officer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of a large-scale property portfolio, including fit-outs, relocations, carpark and fleet management, and coordination of shared services. Based onsite, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring business continuity across office locations.

What you will do

• Manage property-related service providers and respond to internal facility enquiries
• Oversee supplies, carpark ballots, mailroom activities, and fleet vehicle administration
• Support the development of procedures and policies that drive quality outcomes
• Contribute to planning and allocation of team activities
• Act as a liaison point for moderately complex operational issues

What you will bring

• Experience in property, facilities, or corporate services environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence in providing policy advice based on legislation and guidelines
• A solutions-focused mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working onsite and managing physical property responsibilities
