Why This Role Stands Out

• Lead a portfolio of approximately 150 industrial properties within a broader portfolio of 270 properties and 540 tenancies
• Mentor and support two junior property professionals
• Take ownership of lease management, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, and compliance oversight

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage lease renewals, rent collections, arrears, and lease compliance
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor work
• Conduct property inspections and uphold safety standards
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and client updates
• Provide broader support to the property management team as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in commercial property management, ideally with industrial assets
• Strong knowledge of lease documentation and property legislation
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff (desirable)
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Property Management Registration or the ability to obtain it
