We currently have a great opportunity for someone seeking a full time position. The role can be 4 or 5 days per week and is based in Kogarah near St George Hospital.
We have both morning shifts and afternoon shifts available for those wanting early/later starts
About us:
A prominent brand in our sector, our company provides specialist recruitment services to the dental and medical industries. We have been established for over 25 years.
About you:
We are seeking an engaging and energetic person with strong attention to detail. Some experience working in a similar role is essential, whether in the recruitment industry, sales and/or customer service. Dental experience is highly regarded but not essential for successful application.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be working with a team comprising 10 others to assist with the day to day running of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Database management
Assist with onboarding
Answering phones
Placing orders on ATS for temp and contract roles
Managing confirmations list on google docs
Conducting feedback calls
While some training will be provided we do have some essential criteria for the person joining our team.
Essential attributes include:
Minimum to advanced level computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office
Prior experience with a CRM
Strong communication skills: good phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
If you have previous experience in the Dental or Medical or recruitment industries this will be highly advantageous but definitely not essential for successful application.
