Talent Connect are excited to be partnering with a leading professional services firm who are looking for a Full-time Food & Beverage Attendants to join their close-knit team!

Based within the Corporate Hospitality team, the role will be fast-paced and challenging. These roles will be servicing all board meetings and company events, as needed. Primarily based within normal Monday to Friday working hours in Melbournes CBD.

The Role:

  • Provide a professional, high-end corporate wait service for all boardroom bookings and events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and Allens employees.
  • Ensure all dining areas, boardrooms, and internal kitchens are professionally presented and maintained.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties following staff dinners and evening events.
  • Organise and deliver catering for both internal and external functions.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including regular cleaning of coffee machines, stocking dishes, and ensuring service items are undamaged and ready for use.
  • Monitor stock levels of all consumables and service items in the kitchen, dining areas, and boardrooms.
  • Train new staff as required.
  • Support the team by performing basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Waiter
  • Previous corporate, hotel or fine dining experience necessary
  • High level of professionalism
  • Warm, Friendly & Exceptional 5-star true Hospitality person with exceptional level of service – Attitude is key
  • Immaculately presented
  • Confidence and great communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels dealings with high-level executives

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Working hours are from 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Thursday, and 11am to 5pm on Fridays, with flexibility available on Fridays.
