The practice is experiencing strong organic growth and has a history of successful acquisitions. With increasing demand for services from clients and a strong shift to more advisory work the existing partners need 1 more person to step up to director.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working in the business services advisory division. You will work in a team of 5 directors and 30+ staff. The firm can quickly assign you your own $750k + portfolio of fees to manage.

At this level your role will be focused on the following deliverables:

Delivering the tax and compliance program for your clients.

Providing your clients with high level strategic tax and financial reporting advice.

Developing and securing opportunities for growth within yours, and the firm’s, networks.

Managing, mentoring and developing professional staff in a pooled working environment.

YOU

You’ll be an experienced Senior Manager/Associate/Director looking to take the final step into equity.

Proven track record of managing your own fee base.

Experience in leading and developing a team.

Passionate about improving the financial success of your clients.
