This is a fully flexible role with the ability to work remotely or from any of our Victorian locations. You’ll also need to be open to travel as part of your dynamic schedule. In the role you will:
- Build and grow networks across Melbourne’s northern and eastern suburbs, as well as key communities throughout the Gippsland region — including areas like Frankston, Warragul, Sale, and Melbourne CBD.
- Drive home lending growth by connecting with individuals, families, and businesses in your community.
- Generate new business leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
- Have meaningful conversations with customers to understand their goals and provide smart, personalised solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to business growth in your region and help shape the future of banking in Victoria.
