About the role

Corbwood & Associates' is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team as a hybrid role to assist with sites in Caboolture, Queensland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents in all aspects of the sales process, from listing properties to closing deals. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

What you'll be doing

Assisting real estate agents with property viewings, open houses, and client meetings

Handling property marketing, including creating listings, coordinating advertising, and managing online presence

Maintaining detailed records of property information, sales documentation, and client communication

Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process

Conducting market research and providing insights to the sales team

Coordinating property inspections, appraisals, and valuations

Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
