Legion Property is a smaller company specializing in investment property.
Job Outline
We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Administration or Accounts Administration to join our team.
Duties include but not limited to:
Oversee Accounts payable & receivable
Reconciling statements and invoices
Processing weekly & monthly AP payments
Bank reconciliations
Prepare tax compliance reports (BAS, FBT, PAYG etc) for accountant firm to review
Oversee filing and archiving
Assists in maintaining stock control, pricing and stock take report
Assist with weekly payroll
Reporting & forecasting
Assisting CEO with administrative and clerical duties, workflow co-ordination & providing support to other head departments
Qualifications & experience
Xero
Microsoft Word & Excel Advanced
Experience managing Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Payroll
