Aqua Living Pools is a growing construction company based in Burleigh Heads, specialising in high-end residential pools and commercial building projects. With multiple entities under our umbrella, we’re seeking a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to support the smooth financial operations of our group.

This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and variety in their workweek.

About the Role
Working 3 set days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial health of the business. While data entry and payroll are handled by other team members, your focus will be on financial oversight, Xero file management, and ensuring accuracy across client payments, bills, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile multiple Xero files across different business entities

Monitor client payments, aged receivables, and supplier accounts

Review invoices and bills for accuracy and consistency

Assist with preparation of financial reports and documentation

Liaise with our external accountant as required

Ensure all records remain up to date and compliant

Preparing & Managing BAS & IAS

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role

Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (FNS40222) or equivalent

Strong working knowledge of Xero

High level of attention to detail and financial accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
