Sweeny’s Marine Services is a trusted, family-run business with over 30 years of experience in the marine industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality marine maintenance and care to a loyal client base across Perth.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Boatman / Marine Labourer to join our team.

About the Role:

This hands-on role includes a variety of marine maintenance tasks:

Washing and polishing vessels

Sanding and antifoul preparation/application

Prop-speed application

General boat maintenance duties

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude

Willingness to learn – no prior marine experience required (but highly desired)

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Good physical fitness and attention to detail

Tidy presentation and sound communication skills

What We Offer:

Full-time position: 38 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Flexibility for the right person

On-the-job training provided

Competitive pay: $35–$40 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
