About the role

We are seeking proactive and reliable Trade Assistants to join our team at BSN Home Maintenance and Construction in Busselton, WA. As a Maintenance Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting our skilled tradespeople, assisting with a variety of general construction and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Providing hands-on support to qualified tradespeople such as carpenters, tilers, and plasters

Preparing work areas and cleaning up jobsites

Loading and unloading materials and equipment

Operating power tools and hand tools to complete basic tasks

Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of building components

Performing general maintenance duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Carpenter or Trade Assistant in the construction or maintenance industry

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation to get to worksites
