Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our site team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, building or construction environments to further their skills.

This hands-on role involves supporting the fabrication and installation of insulated panel systems while ensuring quality outcomes in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, organise, and maintain tools and materials

Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials

Build and install insulated panel products to specification

Perform detailed and physically demanding tasks with precision

Apply carpentry or similar trade skills to support fabrication and assembly

Read and follow technical drawings and specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised worksite

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Construction Industry White Card

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour

Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in cool room installation or similar construction trades

Carpentry background or relevant trade qualifications

Skills and Attributes

High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality

Strong physical capability for site-based work

Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
